02. Use a precise ruler to measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm). Ensure you are measuring straight across the widest inside point, excluding the metal walls.

03. Compare the measurement with the diameter column in our size chart below.

Method 02: Measure Your Finger

01. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string comfortably around the base of your finger. Mark the exact point where the ends meet.

02. If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, repeat the process and measure the widest part of the knuckle as well.

03. Lay the strips flat and measure the length to find the circumference. If you measured both the base and the knuckle, take the average of the two numbers to determine your final size.
