⏱️ 2-Hour Cancellation Window
- Standard Orders: You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a 100% full refund.

"CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]". - Automated Fulfillment Notice: Once an order passes the 2-hour mark, it immediately enters our automated packaging and dispatch pipeline and cannot be canceled or modified.
✏️ Order & Address Modifications
- If you need to change your shipping address, ring size, or item color, please contact us immediately within the 2-hour window.
- While we will do our best to accommodate changes before processing begins, modifications cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
🚚 Dispatched Orders
If your order has already been processed or dispatched before your cancellation request is received, the shipment cannot be intercepted.
