At Aruary Studio, we stand behind the substantive quality and contemporary design of our demi-fine jewelry. If your curation is not completely to your satisfaction, we welcome you to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To ensure a seamless process, please review our conditions and instructions below.

I. Return Conditions & Integrity

To preserve the demi-fine nature of our collections, we strictly enforce the following conditions. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a refund or exchange:

  • Original Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unaltered, and free of scratches, perfume scents, or any signs of cosmetic wear.

  • Intact Packaging: Pieces must be returned in their original Aruary Studio premium box and gift pouch.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present upon delivery. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.

II. Logistics, Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping fees and any associated customs/duties are the responsibility of the client, unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing error on our part.

  • Customs Declaration Required: To ensure your package clears customs smoothly, all international returns must be strictly labeled as "Returned Goods - No Commercial Value" on the shipping invoice. Aruary Studio is not responsible for any return packages held, delayed, or taxed by customs due to improper declaration.

  • Shipping Labels: We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as Aruary Studio is not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

III. How to Initiate

  1. Request: Contact our Client Care team at hello@aruary.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and provide the designated return shipping address within 24–48 hours.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once received at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our quality assurance team to inspect the piece. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
